RU Cagers Club

Welcome to the Cagers Club, the official fan club for Rutgers Women's Basketball. Our club has supported the team with enthusiasm and devotion since 1978. Coquese Washington begins her third year as Head Coach, following the legendary Hall of Fame Coaches Theresa Shank Grentz and C. Vivian Stringer. The Cagers Club has been there to support them all. You can hear us cheering loudly at games at Jersey Mike's Arena and on the road each season. We promote the RUWBB program and we invite you to join our Cagers Family!  You can stop by the Cagers table in the lobby of Jersey Mike's Arena to pick up your form and pay for your membership.

One of the benefits of being a Cagers member is getting complimentary tickets to some games. This season members received two tickets for the games vs.Fairleigh Dickinson and Ohio State. We welcome incoming freshmen Zachara Perkins and Kiyomi McMiller and transfers Janae Walker (sophomore, from Kentucky) and JoJo Lacey (grad student, from Boston College). And we welcome back Awa Sidibe, who missed last season due to injury. She rejoins an established squad. We also have an additional assistant coach, Johnetta Hayes, formerly head coach at UMBC.
